Zbranek Custom Homes Hosts LTYA Community at Frame Party

Despite the dark skies, wind and rain, Zbranek Custom Homes LTYA Benefit Home Frame Party at the 2010 Parade of Homes site in Rough Hollow, brought out tremendous crowds from both the Lakeway and Austin communities.  Over 200 LTYA families, Realtors, and area Business people attended the first of many Zbranek events scheduled around the Parade/Benefit Home on Thursday April 22 in The Bluffs of Rough Hollow Lakeway.

Guests were treated to a delicious assortment of foods including a wonderful Fajita Buffet by Flores Mexican Restaurant as well as Wood Fired Pizza compliments of Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N Bake Pizza.  Bridget and Michael Bertram, Papa Murphy owners and local distributors for Traeger Wood Pellet Grills had several of their grills on site cooking up a fantastic array of pizza’s  along with amazing Grilled Salmon.  Amy’s Ice Cream was stationed in the kitchen area much to the delight of all the children—and adults—in attendance!

Upon entering the home site, which is under construction, guests were given a black marker and asked to write notes, well wishes, and house blessings (on the actual house frame) to the new homeowners.  Zbranek Custom Homes, video tapes these messages and includes this unique “gift” in their New Home Owners Basket to be presented when the owners move in after the Parade of Homes concludes in October.

Zbranek Custom Homes, who is donating $150,000 to the LTYA, wishes to thank all the generous contributors and event sponsors who are making this project a reality for our community.
