Steve Zbranek speaks at Lone Star CRS Chapter Luncheon

Steve CRS Lunch 5 The local Lone Star Chapter of CRS held it bi-monthly luncheon at Westwood Country Club today where Steve Zbranek addressed the audience on various topics including an update on the Housing Market.  Steve informed the group of Certified Residential Specialists in the Realty field that new homes sales have exceeded new home starts once again.

Steve CRS Lunch 4 Additionally, Realtors were informed that while it takes over 2 years to ready undeveloped raw land for residential construction no new developments have been started in our area for over 3 years.   The current lot inventory will continue to shrink and potentially create a home site shortage.

Steve CRS Lunch 3 Steve also hit on his key points of Assertive Customer Service, which the audience took great interest in.  Zbranek peppered his discussion with numerous suggestions for how to provide excellent customer service and create lifelong clients.
