To keep the Custom Home Building process simple, our fixed price approach to home building gives every buyer preliminary pricing throughout the design phase and a fixed price prior to the start of construction, with allowances for selections items.  This price will be the number at the end unless there are buyer changes during construction. This costing system reduces unpredictability and stress for our clients. The secret to the success of this approach is a full time purchasing agent who works daily to secure and “lock in” the best prices for you.  Vendors constantly seek us out due to our reputation and quick, on time payment.

As a designated Energy Star Builder, we value the energy efficiency in every custom home that we build. We use the national EPA energy standards for every home we construct and install Energy Star Certified products. Every home is inspected, tested and certified as a “Energy Star Certified Home.”  With the seasoned custom home builders from our company in Austin, efficiency and elegance always go hand in hand.
