2009 LTYA Benefit Home

Zbranek Custom Homes has always prided itself on commitment to our community. We have dedicated ourselves over the years to organizations that make a sincere contribution to our community at large. In this spirit, Zbranek Custom Homes has volunteered to build a benefit home this fall to fund the Lake Travis Youth Association (LTYA), which was defrauded out of close to $200,000.

Why Are We Doing This?

In August 2008, the LTYA was the victim of a serious mismanagement of funds by Count Me In (CMI), a 3rd party financial company hired by LTYA to collect online credit card payments. LTYA’s hopes of recovering these funds were dashed in January when CMI filed for bankruptcy, leaving the organization with a financial crisis requiring them to dip into their Rainy Day Funds to continue operations.

In an effort to mitigate this risk to their local community, Zbranek Custom Homes will start construction this October on a custom home in the Bluffs at Rough Hollow, with a goal of donating $150,000 back to the LTYA. Read the press release about the LTYA Benefit Home issued by Zbranek Custom Homes.
