Our Company Owners

With two company owners, Zbranek  & Holt customers are always in touch with a decision maker.  Awarded the 2011 & 2010 “National Master Builder of the Year” from the National Association of Home Builders, the “Texas Custom Home Builder of the Year”, and the “Austin Custom Home Builder of the Year”, both owners are Graduate Master Builders and Certified Green Building Professionals.  Additionally both owners serve as  national judges for Parade of Homes competitions, and are called upon to write articles on home-building by the local media.

With over 30 years of home building experience, we at Zbranek  & Holt Custom Homes have faced different kinds of challenges in creating custom homes and have gracefully proven ourselves time and again. These years of experience have served as our company’s strong foundation providing a high level of  confidence to all our clients  building custom homes  in the greater Austin, Lake Travis, and Horseshoe Bay area’s.
