Our Story

Overview

Zbranek Custom Homes is a certified Texas Star Builder by the Texas Residential Construction Commission. We are also an Energy Star Builder and are constantly seeking ways to improve the energy efficiency of our homes. Our president, Steve Zbranek, started in 1979 and received a Graduate Master Builder certification in 1991. He is a three time “Builder of the Year,” a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and past President of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association. Steve currently teaches Master Builder courses for the National Association of Homebuilders and is frequently called upon to judge Parade of Homes and Product Design competitions.
