Zbranek Custom Homes officially broke ground on the 2010 Benefit Home for the Lake Travis Youth Association (LTYA), Wednesday December 16thin The Bluffs of Rough Hollow Lakeway. Additionally, Legend Communities Haythem Dawlett presented the LTYA with the first major donation of $40,000 as part of the $150,000 commitment made by Zbranek Custom Homes to the LTYA
LTYA serves more than 6,000 youths annually in 12 sports leagues and numerous other programs throughout Lakeway. The non-profit organization was defrauded of approximately $200,000 in 2008 by a financial company hired to collect online credit card payments. Zbranek Custom Homes will construct this custom home in the Bluffs at Rough Hollow, with a goal of donating $150,000 back to the LTYA.
The Ground Breaking and Check Presentation Ceremony took place Wednesday, December 16that 10:00am at the actual home site located in The Bluffs of Rough Hollow Lakeway at 303 Bisset Court.
