• Large Remodeling Projects We offer architectural and construction services that go beyond updating.  Out buildings, room additions, second floors, garage apartments and floor plan changes are examples of the type of work that our luxury custom home team can do for you.  Initial sketches and estimates are at no charge and our work is done on a “fixed price” basis, not cost plus.

• Light Commercial Construction Office buildings, motels, day care centers, doctor’s offices, assisted living facilities and other structures 3 story or less are within the scope of our custom home company.  We pay residential prices vs. commercial and offer a fixed cost proposal prior to starting construction.  The same contractors that paint, trim, tile, drywall etc our multimillion dollar custom homes will join us on light commercial projects
