Experienced construction managers monitor the field work and watch for ways to make each home better during the process. In short, our focus is on your finished home, and your journey to that exciting place. To achieve this goal we strive to match our expertise to the transactions that are a fit with our company. Distance, design, deadlines and budget sometimes are obstacles to a smooth process but when everything fits, we believe we are the best. And by the way, we also build a very nice home.

Zbranek Custom Homes is a fixed price homebuilder, to that end, every buyer receives preliminary pricing throughout the design phase and a fixed price prior to the start of construction. If we are invited to participate prior to home site selection, we can provide a building cost analysis that will help avoid surprises later. We are comfortable working from mature plans or starting from scratch with one of our architect/designers. Communication is our long suit. Throughout construction information is exchanged via email, digital photos, personal calls and visits, or at one or more of the social functions that we attend with our homeowners.
