Award Winning local Custom Home Builders Tony Holt and Steve Zbranek of Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes

Zbranek Custom Homes Ltd. of Austin, Texas has changed the company name to Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes, Ltd.

The name change reflects the company ownership structure since January 2008 when Tony and Kristin Holt became 50% owners of Zbranek Custom Homes.  Founder Steve Zbranek says “Immediately after Sue and I sold 50% of the firm to the Holts it was decided to let the name and brand remain in place for public continuity and marketing consistency.  After completing the most successful year in the company’s history it now makes sense to adjust the brand and put the Holt’s name on the door”

In 2010 Steve Zbranek was named the National Master Builder of the Year.  Other recognition followed as Zbranek Custom Homes was recognized as the Austin Custom Builder of the Year, The Texas Custom Builder of the Year and the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year.  The firm continues its business model of building only pre-sold custom homes and not acquiring debt associated with buying and holding lots or building unsold “speculative” homes.  Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes is a fixed priced custom builder and does not charge initial design fees to its customers.

Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes projects another record year in new home sales and has entered into the home renovation business.  “The home renovation business is a natural for our team says Tony Holt.  Some of the best home sites in any given area are currently filled with dated residences that simply need a modern day builder’s touch”.  Steve Zbranek , Tony Holt and the company’s production team are all Graduate Master Builders, certified by the National Association of Home Builders.  Their community involvement continues in 2011 as Zbranek  serves as Chairman of the Lake Travis Chamber and Holt is the current President of the Lakeway Chapter of the Home Builders Association and President Elect of the Building Industry Association of Highland Lakes.
